Owner / Managing Director
Richard started his career in the elevator business having successfully opened and grown one of the regions most reputable elevator companies in the Northeast. When he sold his company he decided to do something that he was passionate about- sustainable development. Over the years he has built everything from single family green residential homes to large scale green ecovillages, Richard has been a leader in the sustainable development industry for over a decade. Richard has also led and managed the #1 Rated Solar Company in NJ and top rated solar company in the Northeast region for over 10+ years. When he is not working he enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with family.
Maggie Meurer
President
Maggie has helped to lead the development of our fast growing team and environment in multiple companies. Maggie attended Loyola University and started her career in consulting at PwC in NYC in the alternatives division. Maggie’s passion is for sustainable development and green tech. When she is not working, Maggie enjoys spending time with family and friends.
